Jonathan Huber has been practicing law in northern California since 2003 and is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.

Huber lives in the Sacramento area with his wife, Shannon. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and cycling together.

In addition, Huber is active in the community, serving regularly as a mock trial judge for the annual Gordon D. Schaber High School Law Progam. He is an active member in his Rotary club and volunteers as a mentor to high school students. In 2008, Huber helped found the Elk Grove Youth Sports Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides annual scholarships to help children participate in a variety of athletic activities.
